We live in a time when Environmental Wellness has become of great concern to the inhabitants of the planet- will we survive? and if so what will our quality of life be like?

Survival, dramatic in the ego sense, manifests as a disturbance in energy flow as human endeavor is directed toward the smaller immediate human problem at hand based upon conceptual beliefs of “what is the good”. The rest of the universe and the necessity for universal balance is affected by the limited social, cultural and political concerns of the human condition. We humans work in that limited space and time to protect ourselves and our lifestyles-even if those lifestyles do not support the needs, energies or balance of other creations in the universe. We may wish to assume that we are the stewards of the earth and that, is like the tail wagging the dog, in spite of human historical arguments as to the contrary.

The fact that we now speak in terms of “global” warming ( I like to think of it as “global” warning as more accurate) signals that we may be beginning to speak and act vis a vis the environment in terms of size or concern greater than our immediate forms of environment, that is personal, neighborhood, country, earth. Global warming is occurring because the atmosphere of earth (our father sky) is reacting to “new stuff” we are creating. Do we recognize that rather simple cause and effect? What to do about it?

Environmental Wellness is about the balance of creation relations at all “levels of relationship” in the universe. Human beings have defined those relationships in categories of species, weather, science, religion, cultural-social-political imperatives, quantum physics, health, etc. This allows us to work in these relationships. Problems tend to occur with the multiplication of categories and fragmentation of effort because of isolation between the categories and often the limits of knowledge and intent within the categories. In other words we can lose relationship understanding between our defined categories= not see the forest for the trees. This outcome may have its roots in simply not recognizing relationships because of isolation or limit or lack of knowledge, OR recognizing relationships and avoiding the relationship as it does not serve a desired human condition outcome, due to fantasy or intent to ignore. (The avoidance of displeasure)*

EnvironmentalWellness.com will provide wellness information in all aspects of the environments we live in- from dealing with environmentally sick homes and schools, toxicity and global environmental problems to methods and suggestions promoting wellness for the human condition as it interacts with and improves the flow of wellness with the global and universal environments.

* Freud differentiated between the pleasure principle (do things that are pleasurable) and the reality principle (deal with the realities of interdependent life). People often get stuck in the place of avoiding displeasure-that is, bending reality to have a pleasurable outcome in spite of the real damage which may occur.

Dear Arna,

I haven't received anymore commercial money for the last couple of weeks and my boyfriend has to pay rent, not to mention the bills. I really want to manifest a continual flow of abundance from the Universe to myself and then of course to be shared by others. I've been trying to allow, but am sure my attention is more on the lack of abundance.
